The Labet wines made in this style belong to the 'Fleurs' line. The aim with this line is to convey an original expression of the vine, grape, terroir and climate, which is why the Fleurs are vinified in separate plots.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe choice of first Alain and later his son Julien arose from the need for more territorial, precise and well-defined whites. This small revolution has led many other producers to use this method and to make the Jura area a hotbed of extraordinary white wines. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter working at Ramonet in Burgundy, Julien developed a particular aesthetic taste thanks to which he perfectly understood how to enhance his wines. First of all, starting with respectful and ethical farming, abolishing the use of any chemical substances, a path already implemented by his father but made even more stringent by Julien.
