Vineyards with sandy-limestone deposits left within the ancient lakebeds of the region. Whole cluster maceration of both varieties in stainless tank and 6 months of élevage in sandstone amphora. A beautiful and unique expression. Dusty and earthy red fruit, with a heady amaro-like quality.
