We ship orders throughout the continental US. We also offer local pickup and local delivery. Shipping and delivery fees are determined at the time of your order based on your location. There is no charge for local pickup. Pickup is available Sundays or Mondays from 6-9 pm EST.
We understand not all wine is perfect. Natural wine in particular may surprise you in interesting ways, but a corked bottle happens now and then.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
