Shipping

12-packs get free shipping! Our wine is shipped fully insured via UPS at ground rates based on the amount of bottles you order. We often recommend getting 3/6/12 packs to maximize your cost per bottle in shipments.

We ship orders throughout the continental US. We also offer local pickup and local delivery. Shipping and delivery fees are determined at the time of your order based on your location. There is no charge for local pickup. Pickup is available and we will coordinate with you once your order is placed to schedule a pickup time.

Weather holds

To protect the quality of your wine we may hold some orders due to extreme weather. If you'd like us to ship the wine anyways, just send us a message after your order is placed. We are always happy to add expedited shipping at an additional cost. If you'd like to delay your order until a cooler window, you don't need to take any action and we will communicate with you when we ship it.

Shipping Wine

The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. If you wish to ship to another state, you assume all responsibility for determining whether you may lawfully import alcoholic beverages into that state.

As interstate shipping laws are constantly changing, you may want to check with the appropriate agency in your state or county. Our acknowledgment of an order is not a guarantee that we will ultimately be able to ship wine to you.

Returns 

We understand not all wine is perfect. Natural wine in particular may surprise you in interesting ways, but a corked bottle happens now and then. 

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
