Note di Rosso by Sicilian wine master Alessandro Viola, is a natural red wine made from 40% Nero d’Avola, 40% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Perricone farmed organically under the appellation Terre Siciliane IGT. Alessandro Viola adopts a non-interventionist winemaking approach: spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, unfiltered, unfined, no added sulfites. Note di Rosso is taut and yet fruity, with a sharpness and spicy crunchiness typical of Syrah.
