A deeper, textural white that shows Audrey’s intuitive touch. Subtle skin contact lends a touch of grip and warmth to the grape’s natural brightness. Tropical fruit bomb with mouth-watering acidity. Notes of mango and peach and a very sharp, clean finish. Slightly nutty due to light oxidation. This exciting wine shows the breadth of this grape - this is not the Sauvignon Blanc you know. 

Audrey Pilorget

Audrey Pilorget was a winegrower for 20 years in Alsace when she was married to Christian Binner. After a 9 year interlude as a wine merchant in Paris, she returned to her original love by settling in the Loir-et-Cher.

Since 2019, she has been making wines without any additives, from organic, biodynamic, and above all non-interventionist agriculture.

All the wines are vinified without any chemical or mechanical intervention (no racking, no sulfites, no filtration). Long maturation is the rule: between 18 months and 2 years for the whites and one year for the reds.
