Sauvignon Blanc with gentle curves and an oxidative touch. Softer fruit, a little waxy texture, and that faint earthy hum that keeps it grounded. Calm, clear, and quietly confident. Slightly more oxidative than Audrey's other Sauvignon Blancs, but with her signature tropical fruit bomb turned up to eleven. Cool green minty and vegetal notes carry through to a clean, mineral finish. Truly singular Savy B that evades any attempts of comparison. We can't get enough of Audrey's wines!

Audrey Pilorget

Audrey Pilorget was a winegrower for 20 years in Alsace when she was married to Christian Binner. After a 9 year interlude as a wine merchant in Paris, she returned to her original love by settling in the Loir-et-Cher.

Since 2019, she has been making wines without any additives, from organic, biodynamic, and above all non-interventionist agriculture.

All the wines are vinified without any chemical or mechanical intervention (no racking, no sulfites, no filtration). Long maturation is the rule: between 18 months and 2 years for the whites and one year for the reds.
