A wine that has taken a long time to sort itself out and perhaps has some more self-work to do, but don't we all?! No mouse or anything like that, just high VA that needed time to integrate. Priced accordingly. Alain Castex is our favorite winemaker and it's surreal to see his OG Casot des Mailloles grace our shelves. RIP to Le Pape!
