WINE DETAILS

Petit Verdot from a single plot located at a very cool site in western Loudoun County surrounded by small mountains. Vines are about 10 years old. Grapes were destemmed then crushed by foot by Shawn’s kids. 8-day maceration. Punched down once per day. No additions.
